I believe that humans have an almost unlimited potential. Since 2006 I have been passionately focused on helping people overcome mental, emotional, and physical pain and limitations using a variety of modalities. I love nothing more than to see people thrive and overcome the things standing in the way of a beautiful and meaningful experience of life.

I am always seeking to heal my own wounds, find my blindspots, and overcome my own perceived limitations. It is a joy for me to help others do the same. On my journey I have learned a lot, unlearned a whole lot, and collected a variety of incredibly valuable tools along the way.
